The hall is open ninety-one hours a week, but almost none of those hours are for everyone. Lane swimming, school groups, the club, the parent-and-baby hour, the two hours on Thursday when the water is dropped for cleaning. The old page listed the opening hours and left the rest to a phone call.
The new one asks one question - who are you and when do you want to come - and answers it. Four weeks, most of it spent with the duty manager and a printout, working out which of the eleven exceptions were real rules and which were habits nobody had written down.
Two of them turned out to be neither. They have since been dropped.
