Two engineers had built something genuinely good and were about to launch it calling itself a Smart Laundry Management Platform. It books a washing machine in the basement of an apartment building. That is the whole thing, and it is a very useful thing.
The name went first. Then the homepage went from nine sections to four. Then the four went from four hundred words to a hundred and sixty. What is left is a sentence saying what it does, a picture of the screen where you pick a time, and the price.
They were nervous about how little there was. They stopped being nervous about it in the second week.
